In a green setting, on the edge of the GR towards St Jacques de Compostela, a night or more under the pretty yurt La Bella Rocoma of 34 m² in the heart of the countryside of the green Guyenne is the assurance of a real and complete change of scenery.
Frédérique and Franck welcome you all year in this unusual and natural habitat. Guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool with panoramic views. Less than 4 kilometers: exhibitions of paintings (church of Valletta), horse farm, lake Lougratte open for swimming in summer, tennis.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
Reservations are subject to a deposit of 25%
The security deposit, set at 150 euros, must be paid in cash. It will be returned the day of departure of the tenant except in case of detention.
In case of cancellation by the tenant (case of force majeure), the latter loses the sum paid in advance and possibly will be obliged to pay the whole of the rental to repair the damage suffered (in the case of a cancellation less than seven days before the start of the reserved period), except for reasons of re confinement in the context of the health crisis.
In case of cancellation by the lessor less than seven days before the beginning of the reserved period, he is obliged to refund immediately the amount paid by the tenant.

Cleaning
Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them. All installations are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the coming into use of the premises, cannot be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be at the expense of the lessee.
